Well Paul has been teaching bow drill and recommend using goat willow for the hearth and drill amongst other woods .Emily and Hagrid both got an ember at there first attempt
 
Our Joe is very resourceful. .......when all the matches have been used.......he sleeps in the empty box :whistle::whistle::D...............MORNING JOE......DEAR :notlistening:
 
It has been nice to see Paul again and share some of his knowledge of Bushcraft skills........his handmade bow and arrows are quality work.

His jokes on the other hand.......well :whistle::D
 
Any one else suffering from "post meet" fatigue ?

my first nights sleep at home was broken at best :(

today i seem to be lacking in energy or enthusiasm to do anything :(

im sure a good nights sleep to night will sort it but i was wondering if any one else go,s through the same after a week in the woods ?

ps i was out for 8 nights total
 
got to take the landrover down to the local power washer and give it a blitzing tomorrow ....looks like im going to be there best part of the day and need to clean the inside as well :thumbsup:

will be nice to see her gleaming again :)
