The axe is perfect fits my hand like we have known each other for years.
The vixtorinox is absolutely ideal, just perfect for an all round knife. Will perform all the tasks I use a knife for and is uk legal so it's just perfect.

So thank you very much kind sir, it was a pleasure meeting you and hopefully our paths will cross again soon

I'm really pleased that you like them and it was a real pleasure to meet you and India, thanks for the tea
I've already had a play with the stove and I'm scouring eBay for a matching kettle. It will be my brew kit for when Louise and I go walking in the hills above Claerwen.

I think so to Mark, it was also really nice to be able to put a face to the name since I'm relatively new to the bushcraft side of the forum.
I also enjoyed comming down off my hilltop and having a good long chat and a brew.

Well millits have let me down, at the point when the damn things should have arrived they email me to say that they've unilaterally cancelled the order because they're out of stock, p*ss poor performance on their part. What really burns me up is that they have the self same items still listed on eBay......w*nkers
I've complained and I'd damn well get a voucher or discount code or I shall be dissing them until the end of time!

I have had a similar situation with a flash sale. Pair of berghaus boots down to half price, ordered them and a day later they emailed to say they had run out of stock but could buy the same pair again at full price which they had in stock! It's annoying to say the least

Yep, had the same thing the other day with a fishing reel, twice. Why advertise the damn thing if you're not going to honour it?Going to complain myself now.
