Did our October wildcamp on Thursday, due to the months end looming and my daughters busy schedule it was a short and sweet.
Went to our local woods to a favorite spot and pitched in the dark.
Got the twig stove out and tuned in the only channel that's on.

My daughter was shattered so hit the sack and I stayed up for a cheeky beer and dram.
Woke around 7.30 to a chilly morning and got the water on for porridge and coffee/hot chocolate.
Packed up leaving no trace and walked home glad and sad we've only 2 more for the year.

Anyone in the Suffolk area want to drag me out....bloody cold now, but still up for it! I've only managed a wild camp about twice in as many years!

A wee bit far for me mate but good luck with it and kudos for getting the bug again, its a marvellous feeling just being out there.

Almost Hertfordshire.....

If ever you feel like coming east and north, you'll be very welcome 👍
