So tonight was the night i drove the landrover home from work after staying on and fitting a few new core plugs (as 1 decided to start leaking )
i also fitted another exhaust manifold and gasket as the replacement that was fitted a month or so ago was more warped than the 1 i took off
would like to report everything is working as it should

So the oem fuel pump has turned up at a price of £305. will fit it this evening after work ... Let's hope it finally sorts the issue.... Fuel gauge reading wrong...

well an update for those interested the new fuel pump seems to have sorted the issue needless to say the other three "new" pumps will be going back to the supplier for a credit to my account
but only time will tell if its truly sorted will run it to and fro work for a few weeks to make sure its good to go

Might be better to just park it up and leave it mate..........you will only end up breaking something else.....clumsy sod
