Made these up for a chilli heat challenge, all they said is it hurts :evilstare: lol but they did finish them, so next up will be ghost fire wings :eek: (ghost chilli wings)

Forgot to take pics through so only one of cooked wings.

My Hell Fire Chicken wings.

For the chilli connoisseur these are around 350.000 - 500.000 on the scovile scale.

Recipe:

10 chicken wings (mine were the full wings so I cut them up making double)

Ingredients:

Half an onion chopped fine.
4 large cloves of garlic chopped fine.
4 scotch bonnet chillies chopped fine.
8 birds eye chillies chopped fine.
Table spoon of paprika.
2 table spoons of Jamaican curry powder.
Table spoon of dried chilli seeds.
Half a sweet pepper chopped fine.
Corrander chopped fine.
4 table spoons of palm or olive oil.
Good few splashes of tobasco sauce.
Juice from a 1/4 of a lime.

Mix all of the above with the wings and leave in the fridge for 12-24 hours.

For best cooking results grill or bbq but don't fry them.

For a less hot version use only a 1/4 of the above spice (except curry powder) and remove all of the chopped chillies and seeds from the wings before cooking.

They look nice, i'd have to par em down abit ;) Couldn't handle all the chilli heat :crying:

Theyblook good Lee, I could handle those

I bet you couldn't joe! I will except your challenge when your next over lol

I like spice but these are to much, I wipe off all the chilli from the cooked wing then I can handle the heat lol

I will do you some when you come over for the summer hog roast joe, by the way I'm not setting a date for the hog roast until a week before as I don't wanna be cooking in terential rain nor 30* heat for 8 hours lol and with our weather it could be either I will most probably do it on a fine weekend as soon as the school hols finish as were away most of those weekends mate.

sounds like a good plan mate, I'll be there to take my spell on the handle, just keep the beer cold mate

I bet I could mate so the challenge is a good one, I've chewed on Nepalese murderers

Searched for those chillis joe to find out the scovile scale of them but found nothing, what's their variety name?

All I can tell you Lee is that they're small, dry and black and my ghurkas used to have a dish of them at every meal, about the size of a cherry. The idea was to lick them, dip them in salt and then chew them and they were bloody hot
