Last year we had a fair coverage of snow across the country.
If the predictions are anything to go by (questionable) we may get more of the same this Winter.
Any of you guys going to take advantage if we do get it....do you fancy a bit of camping in the snow?

@Bopdude and @Madriverrob you guys get out about together......any plans for the Winter??

@lol any plans mate?

There are a few of us going to Scotland.

It would be good to see multiple posts and pictures on the forum members who do get out.....even if only for a walk and a brew under the tarp:thumbsup:

You are in the right place to do it Mark..........lucky bugger :D
If we get any snow up on Dartmoor I will be heading there for a few trips hopefully..........and I expect a few of the Southwest guys will be up for it too?
Will you choose the Lochside mate or head into the woods.....or both?:D

A will try for both bill.....loch side for the set up for February. Car park is next to the loch so handy :Dand a couple of mornings trips out to the woods:thumbsup:
There will be pictures galore

Yep, planning on getting out either with or without Rob ;) probably woodland to make use of fuel and probably hammock, but not going to kick the tents into touch just yet :D

Nice one Al

I remember back a while you were thinking of changing your tent......any further thoughts mate?
Might get chance to get the Sled you made out again?
If you get chance............ put some pictures of it up mate may be of interest and help to others wanting to get out in the snow:thumbsup:....(if we get some:D)

Still no word from Gary mate?

Will hopefully be out and about , we've talked about maybe Kielder and Roseberry topping and there's always Brockwell Woods or the coast . Also got a couple of potential destinations in the lakes on my radar .

will defo be out ............

I'm up for the snow for sure, with Rob ;) @1 shot willie I did look for pics of the 'boggan but couldn't see them, I'll look again, and yes I ended up with a Mountain Equipment Dragonfly XT, haven't pitched it.................yet :D

Nice tent Al.........it has some great reviews.......hope you find the time to pitch it soon.
You will be snug and warm in that one mate
Thanks, it's the same one Rob took that we ended up sharing except mine has a larger porch.

A couple of pics of the making of the toboggan, couldn't find much :(
