That's a very odd first post! šŸ¤£

Why don't you introduce yourself in the Welcome section, tell us a bit about yourself, and tell us a bit about the butt plate & rifle? Did you make the plate yourself, or buy it?

Sorry in between twelve hour shifts and in a rush, i got two rifles the Kral and a rotex rm8. The Kral was a pain in the neck had to stoop my neck to get a sight picture. Could not find an adjustable butt so i made this out of a filed down sight rail two camera mounts and some 2mm and 5mm brass plate, got all the meterials from amazon cost me about 25 quid. Makes shouldering the rifle so much easier. I currently just back garden target shooting looking for a club in NW London ?

i did see the bisley buttplate but i was impressed with the Kral rubber buttpad and wanted to keep it if i could. Also i would have to adapt the bisley anyway. i have ordered it and will give it a go on the rotex rm8, not so needed on that rifle but i like having the option of adjustment. Another thing that put me of the bisley was the single adjustment screw, could it come loose, two scope type mounts when tightened are pretty much going nowhere. But if you think its ok Ill give it a go on the rotex and post the result cheers.

Many people have tried the Bisley plate and had no issues with it moving, to my knowledge.

Yours does look a bit smart, it must be said... nice job!
