Hot Chile Sauce

Hot Chile Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 papaya
  • 1 lime
  • 40g birds eye chiles
  • 60g scotch bonnet chiles
  • 4floz lemon juice
  • 8floz vinegar
  • 5 teaspoons english mustard

Method:

De-seed the chiles

Place everything in a blender until smooth

Simmer on a hob for 20 minutes then allow to cool before bottling
