    Constructing A Wigwam.

    The first part of this video may not be of interest to UK members, but it runs into a section on Wigwam construction. A Wigwam is NOT a tipi/teepee, a Wigwam is an Eastern Woodland Indian shelter where as the Tipi is a Western plains Indian dwelling. Keith.

    My Fire Lighting Equipment.

    My greased leather fire bag. My brass tinderbox with charred plant tinder & a musket flint. My original 18th century fire steel. Copies of various fire steels are readily available, or you can make your own from an old metal file.
