    Fat Hen.

    I would imagine that many of you are familiar with Fat Hen & Atriplex Prostrata, The former grows in the UK (& possibly the latter too) the latter grows in North America & many other countries, both grow in our garden & both are edible...

    Stinging Nettle.

    Stinging nettles can also be boiled or steamed as a green veg to go with other dishes. To me it tastes like Spinach. This plant grows widely in the UK & in Australia.
