So guess what guys :)... my cousin who owns a fair bit of land not to far from me rang me in a panic and asked if i could go out and sort a few sections of fence for her as the horses decided they wanted to let them selves out of the fields :rolleyes:.... So needless to say i said yes :D no problem .... said to her may need to stay a couple days to get it done :rofl::rofl:

To say it was a hot couple of days was an understatement we managed to not get rained on :thumbsup: .... thanks @gavin for the help and the great company on the 2 days away .... still got plenty of work there to do so will be looking for volunteers (social distancing rules apply ) travel doc,s will be supplied ....looking at getting back there in a few weeks time :thumbsup:
 
Cracking pictures guys.....you certainly had the weather for it.
What better place to stay while working......hope the Horses are safe now :)
Beautiful bird by the way......don't see many of them about.
Plenty of nice bush tucker being cooked up there............but..........no Caaaaaaaaake :eek::(:D

While we were there we spotted an orange chested bird which me nor gav had seen before so a quick google and it turns out its called a Brambling ...View attachment 21491... very rare to be seen in the uk ... @Brambling is this where you got your sign in name from :)

Yes it is is😄 It's such a pretty bird we used to see them a lot when I was little. Classy,
understated, rare and somewhat dumpy. (Just like me)*cough cough*😂😂😂
