Anti-stab/bullet proof vest

i dont think its really about what actual discipline you take part in its more about the confidence,timing and angles of attack.
Any disipline you learn will give you those and then its just about finding something you enjoy.

i have done fair few over the years mainly stand up forms like boxing,karate and muay thai.but now im enjoying BJJ and judo(not so much enjoying the falling part hahha)
