Howdy chaps & chapesses!

Newbie here, fully trained by YouTube and book learning from Lofty, Ray and Bear among others... Obviously therefore a trained killer, but I've never really done anything out of armchair / campsite / back garden, though I have a relatively good memory for what I've learnt...

I've started getting out into the woods & practicing I'm trying to find like minded locals...

Interested in hammock camping too!

Books are useful but no substitute for practice

Yeah... I've made charcloth and fire by firesteel, (not friction) but not sure whether best to just start stealth camping in local woods or what to do as there's nowhere near me for wild amount that I'm aware of...

Stealth is fine but not yet for you I think, when you find a farmer who'll let you take rabbits just ask if he'll allow you to spent a night in his woods
