Picked almost all the rest of my apples. One tree has produced well over a hundred and the other only three! Got bugs in some but most are ok. Going to try storing in trays with paper/card in between. They are eaters not cookers.

nice haul dick 👍🏻

Funny that, 1 tree over a hundred and the other only 3,,, ....absolute guess ? Is that something to do with pollination?

It's been a funny year for apples. I've had very mixed results as well but I'd put it down to me pruning very heavily last year. Not likely to be pollination, more likely to be down to temperature and rainfall being a bit extreme this spring/summer.
