Axe...but can you guess where it's from

It is marked "DEINCH" though the more clued up will soon work out that's all that remains of MADEINCHINA.
Still, it looks good and it's a bit of fun.

Someone has obviously heated up and beaten out the eye of the axe to create their very own Norsemans axe, it's on a four foot long ash helve so it makes a great walking stick.

being Chinese it will be interesting what sort of edge it holds
 
Ive had those old diamond brand tools before, the padlocks were total rubbish but I've still got a couple of chisels knocking about, the best you can say for them is that they're OK for the money. I expect the temper was ruined when they heated it up to beat the eye into a round shape for the round helve.
