Barbecued Squirrel - Barbecued Squirrel Recipe

SERVES 4-6

Ingredients:

• 2 squirrels, cut in pieces
• 3/4 cup red wine
• 1 cup water
• salt and pepper
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 large onion sliced
• 1 cup baby carrots
• 1/2-2 cups barbecue sauce

Method:

In a kettle boil, then simmer, the squirrel pieces in the wine and water with the rest of the ingredients except the barbecue sauce.
