Ah, I understand!

Most stuff that looks like military equipment but isn't original is made in a very bad quality.

If I can't get original military stuff, I would prefer a trusty civil brand over a falsed takticool rucksack.

This isn't issued but allowed to use in the Austrian Army. And a lot of Soldiers buy them. It has round about the size you are looking for.

It's an Austrian brand but made in Chech Republik.

I don't have it, but I am pretty sure, that it will not fall in pieces within 2 years of use...

With the three pouches it's very handy.
In the side pouches fit 1,5 litres plastic bottles from the supermarket, in the central outer pouch fits in the mess kit of Austrian / German / Dutch Army. (All use the same.)
There is another pocket in the flap.
And a small one at the belt.

Integrated additional rain cape.
But as you see, covered zippers, nearly water proof construction on it's own.

I'm slowly losing my house and it's rooms to family members lmao give it a couple of months and I'm claiming a room back, my forever room ;)
I'm going to be losing my garage as its going to converted for my mum to move into. Not sure what I'm going to do with all the stuff I have in there, another garden shed will help but is only part of the solution. :(

Most of my kit is still in a shipping container, I need to empty it out and get shot of stuff I've not used in years.
