Finished the brick stand for the water butts, sorted and dug another flower bed for the boss, weeded and levelled the plot ready to cultivate, weeded and forked between the raspberries and dug a few parsnips for tea. I am now officially knackered!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well the soil broke up after the rains earlier in the year. Also glad to get it done before the bad weather they have promised.

What do you do with it all when it grows? Surely you don't EAT parsnips and beetroot???:eek::eek:

Actually, beetroot chutney? That has possibilities.............................:)

Now.......where's me cow pie???
