So yesterday I has a wonder around one of my local gun shops as I'm generally on the lookout for fixed barrel guns.
For once there was a choice.
Airarms SE90 in .22 @ £400
Walter LGU in .177 @ £400
BSA Stutzen in .22 @£550
I've always wanted to have a good look at the LGU but on inspection it looked nice but the barrel and underlever seemed quite chunky compared to my 77 and 97.
The SE90 needs a reblue but I know nowt about them and don't know if they are any good.
The BSA, my what nice looking gun in decent condition.
The AA and BSA are 80's vintage and the LGU will be reasonably new I'd think, although now not in production anymore I believe.
Sorely tempted by this, or the SE90 to be honest, anyone got any experience or thoughts on any of them?
TIA peeps.
