This morning I ventured out on a 6 mile walk around the outskirts and the inside of Auckland Castle grounds. This is such a beautiful place and very well maintained. The river gaunless runs through the Castle grounds and joins the river Wear into Durham City.
I hope you like. :xmas-wink:

What a nice Winter morning walk.......stunning place and pictures.......thanks for sharing :xmas-cool:
Have you got any chance for a wild stealth camp there?......what a place for a sneaky overnighter.....or a little bit longer.

Thanks for the lovely comments. It is a beautiful place and an Ideal place for an overnighter but the game keeper would not be very happy. :xmas-wink:

I have the same problem here with the Ranger.....although we are on good terms.
Lucky to have several thousand acres to shoot on.....pest control......they did try wild camping but had a change of mind....I was gutted :( :xmas-smilie:
