Ok, I'm not a big fan of Turkey and add that to the fact there is only two of us, here is my Christmas Pheasant.

Ingredients:

Stuffing:

• 3 Good pork sausages
• 1 handful of walnuts
• Breadcrumbs - l large white loaf crust
• Thyme
• Chives
• Parsley
• 1 Clove of garlic
• 1 egg yolk
• Half a red onion

Mositure and flavour:

• Thyme
• Parsely
• Butter

Method:

Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing. Mix all herbs with butter...
