Picked up a couple of these to try out.....and they actually WORK!!!
Just soak in water and then squeeze and shake....place in a small plastic bag in your pack until you need it.
Very refreshing and multi-purpose too

Pack of four tea towels (or a couple of Primark tee shirts), wet them and pack in a ziplock bag...job done; cooling by evaporation works well.
