Will have to try wagyu at some point, sounds like good stuff. At this point in time i have two freezers full of grass fed organic beef, a chicken, sausages, and a gammon joint. so will have to wait till after Christmas before i buy any more meat.

Nice flavour on the jerky , alot more tender than I was expecting I did want something a bit tougher to chew so would last longer, very happy with the Knife mind if it ever stops raining in France i might get to use it !!!

Try making your own, I dry the crap out of it, takes a fair bit of spit to soften.

The knives are a bit on the dear side as well, my Mora companion was £12, my Hultfors was £5. Definitely worth shopping around a little more but then again it has been mentioned that I'm tight as a duck"s bum.
I prefer my hultafors over any of my other knifes except for my home made knife which started life as a rasp
