ERA 771 locks for Eiger shotgun cabinet

Are there any locksmiths out there that can get hold of ERA 771 (Walsall1772) locks or key blanks at a reasonable price. I have an open cabinet with no keys. I either need to reverse engineer two keys to fit the existing locks or just replace both of the locks.
