Does anyone know a good yet cheap place in south wales to get fencing from , mainly pickets?

Some thing like the 6ft Pickets used in forces.
 
Most of what I use is barbed wire, plain high tensile, lamb fencing or deer fencing...non of it is ever cheap enough for me....my best advice is always negotiate on price, if you can't get at least 10% off you're not trying hard enough. I normally aim for 40% off before VAT.
 
Haha not sure i have ever haggled on a price to be fair,no time like present to start learning is there.
