Fewer squirrels this year....

...... anyone noticing fewer greys about this year ? Only getting ones and two's, managed three yesterday
and failed to find one of those.

Actually I’ve seen none🤔 haven’t given it much thought until I read your post , the little tree rats are usually rife around here and I don’t know anyone who shoots them…. Are we starting to see a noticeable dent in there population?
 
Last couple of times I've been out I've only seen a couple in the woods were i have permission. Although I have taken 156 from there in the last 2 years.
 
Took the dog out for a walk purposely to look for the wee buggers , didn’t see one ?

Same here too, so you must have noticed the increase in the wild bird population, I certainly have. Also I don't find the debris of unhatched
eggs about the garden or woods anymore.
