Very nice Rob

They look just the right size and weight to bring down a Rabbit at 15 yds :p;):D:whistle:
Look forward to seeing more

Have you got a recipe/mix to share?

I am a big fan of Artisan Steve. He devised a no knead bread recipe and it would work very well at camp. You could start the bread before bedtime to have warm bread for breakfast or start it off in the morning and have it for supper.
I've used his recipes many times and they really are foolproof. You could make the mix up and just add water at camp.
Just reduce the amount of ingredients accordingly.

Here's his beer bread recipe.

Or you could knock up a simple scone mix to make a savoury Welsh Cake and use that. I've done this myself.

Would it not be easier to make ā€œdamperā€ bread either as a flat bread or as a twist on a stick? Iā€™ve done both with some success.

I wanted a simple recipe to make bread using my Firebox , lots of other recipes and methods , was a personal choice to use the firebox kit Iā€™ve got. šŸ˜šŸ‘

Recipe is self raising flour and Greek yogurt.
