Just had a look at my first aid kit and it is now a few years old.
So I reckon its time to renew it.

89% Bill. I got the CPR training wrong. one year out. It's changed in the uk 3 times in the last 4 years so I said annually.

I guess that's due to it being an American quiz. They do have some differing ideas over the pond. I was going by the training and update info from BSAC I get on a regular basis.

To be honest Mark the worst we will hopefully come across is a few cuts and bruises, burns or sprains/ bites........heart surgery we will leave to the others
