First forage and abundance in my backyard.

So I nipped out into the Glen that's just behind where I stay and the abundance of these two plants grabbed my attention.

Foraging for food is something I've always wanted to try and with the abundance of these too for starters, I think it's time I actually got started. I'll collect some tomorrow.

I have loads of wild garlic in my garden and I'm just about to chop a load up and put in the big pot of tatties and mince that I'm cooking
 
Funny enough I watched a video of his the other day, as you say, knows his stuff.
 
I stumbled over him when it was the next video after watching one of haze outdoors coastal foraging videos a few weeks ago.
