First trail run ......

I’ve been dieting for the last few months and shed a stone , my next goal was to get more active .... I’m away in Cheddar at the moment and found a nice route up and around Cheddar Gorge .... was steep , slippy and muddy but had a good go at it and am pleased with my performance . It’s a lovely area , well worth the visit and I’ve earned my self a slap up meal tonight now into the bargain ... happy days
