Believe it or not, apart from some ice fishing in Sweden and Finland I have never fished.

I know, it is shocking, but I've just never gotten round to it. So my question is, at the ripe old age of 56 where do I being if I want to learn?
 
First you’ll have to decide what fishing you want to do , ie sea fishing or freshwater fishing… or if there is a specific species of fish you would like to target… best way would be to watch a few fishing vids on the tube and see if anything takes your fancy…. Will save you money👍🏻
 
Find a small local water , get some basic gear and go dangle your maggot 👍

NGT gear is reasonably priced and a company called rigged and ready to a great collection of multi purpose rods ….
