I thought I’d try something a little different (for me at least) for my latest project so had a go at my first folding knife. It’s got a 2mm O1 blade about 3 inches long to keep it UK friendly, it’s fitted with brass liners and pins and yew scales. It’s a bit rough and ready but I wanted to be sure it works in principle before spending too long on finishing touches :)

I like it:thumbsup:

I'm very impressed, it's not easy to get something right with such tight tolerances, is there a spring in the spine?.

Thanks chaps. No it’s not got a spring in the spine, it’s a pure friction folder. This is the belt sander I use here its a long way from ideal but I already had it so it’s what I manage with.
Thanks again :)
