Here’s a Northern treat for you ….

Inspired by the Hairy Bikers and the Big River Bakery in Newcastle … the ham and pease pudding stottie, the stottie is a classic bread from the North East , this one was 12 inches in diameter

Last time I had a proper one of those was when I returned to Sunderland to visit my Dad. I ate it at lunchtime & due to the size of the thing I couldn't face anymore food until breakfast the following day. Great value !
