Yes,Jimmy was an expert in the survival game
And that is why his bug out bag weighed over a hundred pounds
He carried every single thing he thought that he would need
Fourty seven different knives and a thousand yards of cord
He had a four course takeaway meal among the things he'd bring
And strapped upon his rucksack he had a kitchen sink
Then came that fateful day when Jimmy had to go
Rucksack upon his back he set off down the road
Jimmy only got a hundred yards before sinking to his knees
And by the time we got to him he had ceased to breath

A bit of fun writing yes but with a simple message.
Only pack what you really need and when planning a week long hike set yourself realistic targets. Also it's important to know when to stop for the day
