Last of the cruise ships leaving the bay.

Arcadia the last remaining cruise ship has been here on and off for 18 months with the lockdowns. Leaving today for Newcastle to refit and start passengers again. She is flying all sorts of flags and bunting. Shame to see her go. Sounding horns. Tried to get a pic through telescope.

That will be a relief to her owners, to get her earning money again, and it's nice to hear she's bound for the Tyne and not some foreign yard...Now, now, I know what you are all thinking.... Having been married to a Geordie for 37 years I found that I could understand what she was saying,...Well after a few years I could anyway.
