Linnet Clough Scout Camp Overnight

Had to travel to Manchester this weekend gone for an appointment on Saturday so though I would go down Friday and have a cheeky hammock overnighter .
Linnet Clough is a regional scout camp in Marple Bridge , about 6 miles from the city centre , its a large location and as long as there isn't a regional camp on is generally pretty quiet . I've been using it for the last ten years or so and its spot on .

Had a top camp , caught up with my son in law , few beers and a roaring fire , what more can you ask for .........

Yeah , bag was spot on , it wasn't too cold but the bag was really comfortable and I enjoyed some quality sleep , I think for the money the alpkit bag was a solid buy ........
