Location App?

I'd like a logging the places I have been on my phone perhaps with the ability to set a route to the location and add pictures and notes.
Does anyone know of such a thing?

Cool, thanks Joe. I'll try that. Was out earlier scouting for a local location and found someone else's tarp camp. I'll post pics later.

A cheaper way is ask the government for you cell movement locations

Ordnance Survey do an awesome app.
I used this when I was in the UK, it really is perfect.
Not only can you plan a route, you can customize their maps to fit where you are & the compass and GPS is second to none..
I just wish there was something like this over here, the Swiss might make great knives and cheese but when it comes to maps .. OS is a world leader in my view
