She has less stress she claims, & certainly she is not a drain on the system. One could do a lot worse than parking a van on a farm & working for food. I assume her little home is light enough for her to pull behind her on foot or perhaps behind a bicycle. A great idea.

when we lived in Somerset we knew a lot of people who lived in vans, they were the local homeless, and skip diving was a way of life.

we knew someone who brought up 2 kids in a bender on a old drove road in Somerset, she did it for about 8 years, lived on foraged wild food and what she found in shop skips. when the kids grew up she taught herbal classes at a straw bale house.
