Mental Health & The Outdoors

It's been known for years that time spent outdoors away from your work environment is beneficial to most people's mental and physical health.
 
PTSD is a horrible condition, I don’t suffer from it but I do know someone who dose …. And therapy, however necessary , is harsh .. so anything that keeps the person going forward and less anxious would be extremely important, mindfulness is key and this course seems to help that 👍🏻
