This one is well made and fits well. There are others with longer tubes which might be beneficial.

I got a second hand genuine Trangia burner off eBay for £27. It arrived today and is mint. It means it will fit the Richards stove plate ok.

Do the copy trangia burners not fit @divebuddy

I found the copy ones are smaller and slop about in the plate. See the attached pictures showing genuine and copy fitted in the plate. I wonder if you could get Richards to make a plate with smaller holes? I think there's about 5mm difference. I will measure accurately tomorrow.
