Mission impossible??

Noticed a fallen branch on the chestnut tree, dangling a bit dodgy like, it might take a few days and a few tins of pellets to snap the small one holding it up is about 50 FT up challenge accepted none the less. Is it doable??

I use a heaving line and catapult to get a heavier line up in order to pull down hanging branches. I've tried using an airgun to knock down branches but had little success.
