Sun's out here at the moment. We may miss the rain but l'm not hanging the washing out. Just off to plant some things in the garden to replace the ones the critters keep eating

Woke 0430 to heavy rain this morning, since my good lady is visiting her sister I decided to get up and finish off that Kukri with a couple of coats of oil and a bit of suitably bushcrafty paracord. I like it.
The cord is intended to cross over you knuckles and loop around the handle as a safety measure, similar to a machete

Nice job mate looks very good.

You could get rid of that knot by using a bit of Amsteel or the likes and form a continuous loop to length and fit

When the work is finished I will have overflowing amounts of Brownie points to squander......fishing or shooting
