Sorted MSR whisperlite international priming wick

Long shot …. But does anyone have a spare /surplus priming wick I could have ?

Only ones I can find are out of stock …..

Would something like this help you out until you are able to order the correct item?
Cut a length long enough to go around.....twice even.....and hold it in place with a turn or two of copper wire?

Thanks Bill , I was thinking along those lines myself , I am just refurbishing a Whisperlite and am good to go apart from the primer wick . My stove has one in but it could do with changing out . I think from ( from Google searches ) that it will work without one at all . I may just persevere with the existing one until I can get a pack of replacements from Needlesports but thanks for the advice

I asked but unfortunately the range of MSR at Cotswold outdoors was a bit sparse with no WhisperLite parts at all.
