I think it's a club fungi called "pipe club" but it could also be "golden spindles" or "apricot club" best not chance eating it on my say so though, I'm no expert.
(Edit) it's important to know where it's growing and what the fungus is using to grow on. A lot of fungi identification is contextual. A microscopic look at the spores of a fungi is also a big help to establish its identify.
