My first knife

Just finished this,my first attempt at a general purpose knife.

Good effort mate :thumbsup: ........mine was also rough as a badgers arse at first...............................................................still is:rofl::thumbsup:
 
The stitching is gradually getting better, it was a bit rough to start with lol

Mine is a bit like that, I use a stitch marker wheel then drill through with a 1mm in the bench drill and sew from both sides with two needles. This one is a bit stained from tea on the desk. The knife was a blank from a gun show my friend gave it to me in exchange for handling one for him. This has an iron wood handle with nickel pins.

Looks good,I dyed the sheath and I think it looks better than before.
I used pricking irons to form the holes but I might try the drill as it was difficult to go through 3 layers.
