There are times when aches and pains effect us all......and a little help goes a long way.....and is appreciated.
Like most....I have tried all manner of potions and creams to help.

We have been using this for a while now....."It Works".........and happy to recommend (NO affiliation to the makers)

Not to be used on Children or pregnant women!

If you are off on a long walk/hike....a light rub with this on the legs wouldn't do any harm.

As daft as it sounds....it may also make a good Midge repellent......not tried that yet though

If anyone does try it.....or has already tried it.....please leave some feedback for others.
