Well easiest one yet....I drive excavators for a living and I've done a bit of work on one of my perms for the owner...he was talking to a neighbour who conveniently asked him if he knew any machine drivers as he wants a couple of large ponds digging out when the lockdown is eased...my phone rang and this fella introduced himself..short conversation later...I offered to do it and in return I get another 60 acres and some beer tokens....cant wait....

It is and its definitely a bonus...who knows where it could lead as there is a lot of farmland and wooded areas

That's a right good result scoots. We want pics when you get to dig the ponds (rats will need controlling), and 60 acres and beer tokens, what's not to like. Nice one mate.
