North Devon Trail Run…

Am visiting an old army mate in North Devon , he likes a bit of PT so we’ve been out on the South West Coast Path for a trail run … 6 mile loop from Holdstone Down to Great Hangman (near Combe Martin ) , plenty of ascent and descent on some lovely tracks ….. BBQ this afternoon and fly fishing tomorrow ( hopefully)
