In the fridge overnight then up early to cook it for 7 hours πŸ‘πŸ» Wish me luck guys πŸ˜‚

That looks spot on 😜 not as grand as your effort but I have a pork loin marinating in Char Sui spice as we speak, cook it off tonight for nibbles, used to make my own marinade until a mate put me onto this packet dry mix, oh brother is it good, I'll post a pic of 2 up tonight.
