After a weekend of doing jack.... Eating and drinking to much.... I had to get out for some fresh air and clear the head.... And lungs.
We have an old rail track near by..... Now a cycle and walking track.
On the way I was supprise to see the trees and bushes absolutely laiden with berries this year.

Covered about 3 miles I reckon and enjoyed the fresh air.
Hoping to keep up with the walking now.

We've got a 30mile plus stretch of old railway here Bill which has also been converted to a walking/cycling path
